Norm’s note: just as a point of emphasis and so you don’t miss it, eh: “It would not be sufficiently accurate to quantitatively calculate risk based on our limited understanding of the virus and the disease.” Translation: we have no risk-benefit analysis and we should really end our reply here, but instead will try to bamboozle you into hopefully believing that we do with a raft of completely irrelevant sciency sounding paragraphs and references.
