Norm’s note: Incompetence or criminal intent? Probably the latter. As Dr. Wodarg suggests, the intent was probably to opportunistically create the impression of a raging pandemic. Yes, in my opinion, most probably. At the very least, Dr. Ardis’s testimony bears witness to an astounding degree of medical malpractice.
