Norm’s note: the tenor of the “messaging” from on high is definitely changing. I read that as an indication that some fragmentation, some division, is beginning to form among those in a position to affect the course of public health policy. I take this to be an encouraging sign, that what would not have been allowed to see the light of day only a month ago is now finding its way out into the open:
